Refund policy
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES except for the following instances:
- Should the item received differ from the item originally purchased
- Should the item be broken upon arrival due to the store's packaging (or lack there of)
If any of the above exceptions occur, the customer has 48 hours from the delivered date to contact YFB via email at yourfruitbat@gmail.com and from there, we will initiate return of the item.
YFB will cover the cost of shipping and send a return label to the email used during checkout. You will receive your refund once we have received your item and verified that it meets our conditions per the Return/Exchange policy exceptions.
We reserve the right to deny the refund should the item(s) not meet our conditions per the Return/Exchange policy exceptions.
